A variety of technologies are incorporated to ensure voice clarity, such as an internal microphone, two outer microphones, a voice pickup unit, accelerometer, and beamforming technology. Beamforming actively focuses the microphones on the sound of your voice, while the voice pickup unit detects when your jaw is moving, converting jaw vibrations into voice signals.
  • Custom Spotify Shortcut
    Working in conjunction with Spotify, you can setup a specific shortcut within the Galaxy app on your mobile device. The shortcut can play a song, a playlist, and more. To activate it, simply touch and hold the earbud for one second.
  • Bixby Voice Wake-Up
    Supporting the Bixby digital assistant, you can use voice commands to control your mobile device and get information. For example, you can use your voice to wakeup Bixby and have it adjust the volume of your music, make a call, or tell you the weather forecast.
  • Buds Together
    Share your mobile device’s audio without sharing your earbuds. With the Buds Together feature, you can connect two pair of Buds Live earbuds to a single device. You can even adjust the volume on both pairs at the same time.

Dead on Arrival/Damaged in Transit

If your product is damaged in transit or is dead on arrival, please take a photo of the damage or issue with the product and contact us immediately (same day) at inventory1@telechoice.com.au .
