The Telstra Wholesale mobile coverage area footprint reaches more than 98.8% of the Australian population and covers more than 1.6 million square kilometres of the Australian landmass.
Yes, new and existing customers can transfer existing numbers. No need to fret about getting a new one, when you can keep your existing mobile number.
Data Banking stores up any remaining and/or unused data allowance included in your plan so you can use it when you need it the most.

Our plans with unlimited international calling can be used to call 20 selected countries only: Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China, Columbia, Denmark, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Kingdom, USA, Vietnam, and Greece.

All plans are for use in Australia and available for new and eligible recontracting customers only. These plans are not available in conjunction with any other TeleChoice offer. Our Fair Use Policy applies to all unlimited plans and all unlimited components of plans.
For plans with minimum contract terms, an early termination fee applies. This is specified in the Critical Information Summary (CIS) for the plan.
You need a 3G/4G compatible handset to use this service. The device needs to support 3G-850MHz and both 4G 1800MHz and 4G 700MHz banding so that you can get the best service possible.
Data: Data usage is measured per kilobyte and rounded to the nearest kilobyte.
Data banking: Data banking is available on our Sim Only (Month to Month Plans) and Prepaid Plans. The maximum limit for data bank is set out in the CIS for your plan. Any data over the data bank maximum limit will be forfeited, as will any data in your data bank if you choose to downgrade your plan.
Data Gifting: Data Gifts are available on all our current plans that show Data Gifting. You can gift anyone that has a TeleChoice Post-Paid and/or Pre-Paid active mobile service which is on a Plan that allows data gifting, you can gift up to 50% of you monthly included data allowance or included data allowance per Prepaid recharge, and you can receive up to 999GB per monthly cycle. Gifted data can NOT be re-gifted. Users cannot gift from their Data Bank, excess data bolt-ons or bonus data.
Standard MMS and Video MMS: Our plans include a maximum of 2000 Standard National MMS & Video MMS every month.
International Calling: If the country you are calling is not included in your plan, you will be charged for that call on a pay as you go basis at our rate for that call. Alternatively, you can add an International Calling Pack to your plan for $5, $6, $7 or $15 per month (excluding a mobile broadband plan). You can add that pack at any time (as a one-off or monthly recurring basis) and we will bill you for that pack in your monthly bill. International Roaming: To use your service overseas, you can purchase an International 7 Day Pack for $49. The 7 day pack includes 2GB of data to use over the 7 days day as well as 60 minutes talk and 100 SMS. Usage expires on Day 7 at midnight AEST. If you go over your 2GB you can add an additional 250MB for $5 for use within 31 days. Your 7 Day pack is triggered whenever a call is made or received, an SMS is sent or if any mobile data is used in an eligible country. You can buy an additional 7 Day Pack before it expires, however you will forfeit the balances of your previous 7 day pack. You may opt in to auto top-up your 7 day pack for the length of your stay. If you are away for 14 days, then you can opt-in to top up the 7 Day pack automatically after the first 7 days expire.
Changes to your plan: From time to time we may make changes to your plan or add-ons (including price and inclusions), or we may move you to a new plan (which may cost more). If we reasonably think that a change is likely to be detrimental to you, we’ll tell you at least 21 days before making it. If you don’t like the change you can change or cancel your plan or add-ons and just pay out your device, in full if you have a handset on plan with us.
Included Countries: Only full colour countries are included in the call packs, countries that are greyed out are not included.

Consumer Price Index (CPI)
Our mobile plans include an annual price review and may increase by the Consumer Price Index (also known as CPI) in July of each year.
We use the CPI rate released by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) for the 12 months to the March quarter and any increase will be rounded to the nearest dollar.
The CPI rate is measured by the ABS.

The download speed is capped at 100Mbps for all plans, except for the $55 5G Prepaid Mobile Plan, which is capped at 250Mbps.
This is the maximum potential download speed. Typical speeds will often be slower and will vary due to factors such as location, device capabilities, distance from the base station, local conditions, concurrent users, hardware and software configuration and download/upload destination.
Beyond the maximum potential speed for your selected plan, a speed cap does not indicate any relative performance difference compared to another plan with a different speed cap.
