14 Day – Defective Product Policy
If your product has developed a fault within the first 14 days of your delivery date, we offer an expedited exchange process. To help us process your exchange faster please ensure:
The product does not have physical or liquid damage.
The product has its original packaging and accessories.
Contact us within 14 days of your delivery date, providing your purchase details, a description of the fault , including photos of the issues you are experiencing at inventory1@telechoice.com.au .
Dead on Arrival/Damaged in Transit
If your product is damaged in transit or is dead on arrival, please take a photo of the damage or issue with the product and contact us immediately (same day) at inventory1@telechoice.com.au .
Manufacturer Warranty
For information on warranty, please refer to the warranty information. This return policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support that we offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Exclusions
Please note our 14 Day – Defective Product Policies only apply to products purchased for personal use and excludes any products purchased for resale or business use. If you purchase more then three phones/tablets/smartwatches in a single transaction and you are purchasing as (or on behalf of) a business we consider the products to be for business use.
All new products sold by TeleChoice come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturer faults, excluding any physical or liquid damage. Please refer to the following table for your manufacturer.
Australian Stock Compliance Statement
Every new mobile phone that we have available for sale here at TeleChoice which is 100% Australian stock will be fully certified for sale into the Australian retail market. Every new mobile phone that meets the 100% certification is supplied with a local Australian manufacturer’s warranty. Please be aware, there are many websites providing cheaper imported products from Asia. These products do not come with a local manufacturer’s warranty. If you are unsure ask the website to provide you with a compliance statement and warranty details. If they can’t or won’t do this, do not purchase from that website, no matter the savings.
A-Tick/RCM Compliance Statement

A-Tick/RCM compliance ensures your new phone meets all Australian standards and is approved to be used on all Australian mobile networks. Please be aware the use of imported / non A-Tick/RCM compliant mobile phones may be in breach of federal telecommunications laws.
