OPPO Watch can be worn while swimming in a pool or doing shallow open water activities, but is not suitable for snorkelling, hot showers, hot springs, saunas, diving, scuba diving, surfing, or other water activities in which the device may come in contact with high-pressure water flow. Water resistance may decrease over time. If your watch or hands are wet, it is recommenced to dry them prior using or charging your watch.

If your product has developed a fault within the first 14 days of your delivery date, we offer an expedited exchange process. To help us process your exchange faster please ensure:

Contact us within 14 days of your delivery date, providing your purchase details, a description of the fault , including photos of the issues you are experiencing at inventory1@telechoice.com.au .

Dead on Arrival/Damaged in Transit

If your product is damaged in transit or is dead on arrival, please take a photo of the damage or issue with the product and contact us immediately (same day) at inventory1@telechoice.com.au .
